What materials do you work with for plastic injection molding?

For precision machining components: ±0.002mm achievable with our Sodick wire EDM and Makino CNC equipment. All critical dimensions are verified with Zeiss CMM and Keyence optical measurement systems.

We also suggest cost-saving modifications without compromising part function.

What is your typical mold life expectancy?

Standard prototype molds: 10,000 - 50,000 shots. Production molds with standard steel (P20, 718H): 300,000 - 500,000 shots. High-volume molds with hardened steel (S136, H13, D2): 1,000,000+ shots. We provide detailed mold maintenance guidelines and spare parts recommendations to maximize tooling life. Mold life certification is available upon request.

Do you offer prototyping before mass production?

Yes, we offer three prototyping options: 1) Soft tooling / bridge molds (aluminum or P20 steel) for 500-5,000 samples with 10-15 day lead time. 2) 3D printed SLA/SLS prototypes for form and fit testing within 3-5 days. 3) CNC machined prototypes from actual production materials for functional testing. Prototype costs are credited toward production mold tooling for qualified projects.

For mold making: MOQ is 1 set of tooling. For injection molding production: MOQ typically starts at 1,000 pieces, but we accommodate sample quantities of 100-500 pieces for customer validation. For metal stamping: MOQ ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 pieces depending on part complexity. We are flexible for new project development and startup programs.

Do you ship internationally? What are your main export markets?

Yes, we export globally. Primary markets include USA, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Mexico, and Southeast Asia. We have experience with international shipping via air (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and sea (FCL/LCL). We handle all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin. Typical air freight: 3-5 days, sea freight: 25-35 days to major ports.

Accepted Answer

Standard payment terms for new customers: 50% deposit via T/T bank transfer to secure tooling order, 50% balance before shipment or against copy of Bill of Lading. For established customers: 40% deposit, 60% within 30 days of BL date. We also accept L/C at sight for qualified clients. Wire transfer payments in USD, EUR, or RMB. PayPal available for sample orders under $1,000.
